The chapter begins with Sentoumaru warning all of Egghead’s workers to evacuate the island due to a potential threat. He references the tragedy of Ohara and warns that something even worse may occur on Egghead Island.
Meanwhile, Shaka informs Luffy’s group that he has an idea of where Stella might be located. However, their battle against the Seraphim continues, and they struggle to inflict any damage until Zoro reveals the Seraphim’s weakness: their flames must be extinguished before they can be attacked. The group continues to fight, but Shaka leaves to search for Stella.
In Nami’s group, S-Shark defeats Edison, leaving him heavily damaged. Nami attacks S-Shark with Zeus, but to no avail. Suddenly, Sanji arrives to fight S-Shark.
Usopp’s group attempts to weaken S-Snake with Lilith’s Bubble Gun, which contains sea energy, but she quickly retaliates and turns Franky to stone. Usopp and Lilith are also turned to stone with S-Snake’s power, and Pythagoras’ head’s fate is unknown.
Finally, Shaka reaches the Old Devil Fruit Research Room and finds Stella imprisoned with Cipher Pol agents. However, a mysterious figure emerges from the shadows and shoots Shaka in the head, killing him instantly. Stella is left shocked and horrified by the turn of events.
